If you don’t know me well, you probably don’t realize that I don’t do phone calls but there is a reason….
Everyone has a language center in their brain. It processes language so you can receive information and express information. Unfortunately my language center is a bit different than most peoples. I have to physically see language to understand it. That means I have to use closed captioning on the television or lipread in person. Now, lipreading isn’t always needed if there is a quiet environment without televisions, music, or other language in the background, however the language on a telephone or television comes across to me as a foreign language. It isn’t a hearing issue. My brain is just wired a bit differently. Therefore, messaging via text is the best form of communication for me. That is why this membership service is message only.
