- Each functional test has its own separate fee in addition to the membership tier fee. As of May 2026, the lab charges an HTMA hair test at $150.00. Instructions on how to obtain the hair sample, along with a postage paid envelope, and order form can be mailed to you and the hair sample can be self collected (lower 48 only). Any additional testing (if needed) can be collected at a lab near you (depending on the functional test) and can vary between blood, stool, urine, hair, or swab testing.
- Common tests that medical doctors fail to recommend due to insurance control: mold exposure, glyphosate poisoning, total vitamin levels, food allergies/sensitivities, MTFHR gene mutation, hormone profile, immune system dysfunction, metabolic wellness, gastrointestinal mapping, etc.
- Many tests ordered through a functional testing practitioner are often less expensive than what can be purchased through places such as Lab Corp On Demand.
- Forms of payment accepted are Stripe, Zelle, Paypal, check, or cash. Stripe charges a $4.50 processing fee. There may also be a small processing fee with Paypal. If cash or check is a better option for you, arrangements can be made; however, additional fees may be required to cover shipping costs of reports/disclaimer signature form/NAQ questionnaire/etc.
