HTMA TESTING FOR YOUR PATIENTS
Give your patients deeper functional insights—without adding another task to your already busy practice with HTMA testing.
You know your patients. You know their history. You know the symptoms they are struggling with each day but sometimes, you need more information.
My name is Dr. Amanda P. Cartwright. I partner with healthcare providers who want additional functional information about their patients’ nutritional and mineral status. I handle the HTMA testing process and provide the results and a clear interpretation summary directly to you—so you can spend less time managing testing and more time caring for your patients.
You Don’t Have to Do It All Yourself
Adding another type of testing to your practice can mean:
- Learning another testing system
- Ordering and tracking laboratory testing
- Explaining the testing process to patients
- Waiting for results
- Trying to understand what the results mean
- Finding time to review and organize the information
You shouldn’t have to add all of that to your workload.

I provide the testing support behind the scenes so you can offer your patients an additional source of functional information without having to build an entirely new testing system into your practice.
Turn Questions Into More Information
Your patients may come to you with questions such as:
1
“Why am I still feeling this way?”
2
“Could something be out of balance?”
3
“Why haven’t we found the whole picture yet?”
HTMA can provide information about patterns in minerals and nutritional status that may give you another piece of the puzzle.
Instead of simply telling your patient, “Everything looks normal,” you can have additional functional information to consider as part of your overall approach to care.
Here’s How It Works
1. You Identify the Patient
You decide when functional testing may be appropriate for one of your patients. You give them my contact information.
2. I Handle the Testing
I coordinate the HTMA testing process and help make the process simple for you and your patient.
3. The Laboratory Processes the Sample
The patient’s hair sample is submitted to the laboratory for analysis. It typically takes 10-14 days from the time they receive the sample to the time I receive the results.
4. I Provide a Clear Interpretation Summary
I review the HTMA results from the laboratory and provide a summary designed to help you understand the important patterns and areas that may deserve attention.
5. You Use the Information in Your Practice
You remain the patient’s healthcare provider.
You decide how—or whether—the information fits into your patient’s overall care.
I provide the testing and functional interpretation support. You maintain the provider-patient relationship.
Your Practice. Your Patients. Your Decisions.
This isn’t about replacing what you already do.
It’s about giving you another piece of information to work with.
You already bring your professional knowledge, experience, and relationship with your patient.
I bring specialized HTMA testing and results interpretation.
Together, that can give you a more complete picture to consider when developing an individualized approach for your patient.
Imagine Having a Testing Partner Behind the Scenes
You don’t need to become an HTMA expert.
You don’t need to create another department in your practice.
You don’t need to spend hours figuring out how to incorporate another testing service.
You simply have another resource available when you need it.
I Handle the Testing.
I Help Interpret the Results.
You Focus on Your Patient.
