1. Mineral levels are affected by everything — not just what we ingest. They’re influenced by diet, supplements, and vitamins, prescriptions, exercise, emotional stress, fatigue, chronic stress, mold exposure, infections, and occupations with toxic metal exposure.

2. HTMA is not a prescription for missing minerals in someone’s diet. In fact, many of the supplement recommendations I make based on HTMA results focus on supporting digestion, blood sugar, and thyroid/adrenal function.

3. HTMA provides a broad picture of heavy metal detoxification. It shows which heavy metals are being excreted through the hair at that moment in time. If any are elevated, I can use that information to help investigate your environment and reduce exposure. I never recommend heavy metal chelation. Instead, I focus on optimizing the body’s energy to naturally enhance the body’s ability to detoxify, rather than forcing metals out. I love the transformations!
